Book a ClassMy journey in yoga began over 15 years ago, when I was looking for a way to reconnect with my body and mind after years of stress and disconnection. What started as a simple personal search transformed into a deep passion to share this transformative practice with others.
From the first moment I stepped on a yoga mat, I knew I had found something special. The combination of conscious movement, breath and meditation created a healing space that I had never experienced before.
My approach is based on the belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility or experience. Each body is unique and has its own wisdom. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where each student can explore their practice without judgment.
I integrate ancestral techniques with modern knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, always respecting individual limitations and celebrating small achievements on the path to wellness.
Outside of classes, I continue to deepen my practice through constant study, meditation retreats and continuous training. I firmly believe that a teacher must remain a student for life.
I am also an advocate of holistic wellness and mental health, working to make yoga more accessible to communities that traditionally have not had access to these transformative practices.
